- Develop creative briefs and lead content briefings in partnership with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing and Design
- Ensure storytelling, positioning and key messaging is consistent and adheres to content standards. across all channels. Manage overall FN copy guidelines and editorial standards
- Own Social Media strategy and day-to-day operations (LinkedIn primary)
- Assist with Public Relations campaigns, content requests and prep (key messages, FAQ,Drive innovation: research new content opportunities for test and learn opportunities
- Set key KPIs (in partnership with Head of Comms); analyze performance in conjunction with data analyst, and share results and action steps with key stakeholders
- Plan, write, edit, test, and improve the content, including print, and digital marketing assets, mobile and web interfaces, and other content
- Represent content in cross-functional teams and meetings as a business communication expert
- 3+ years of experience including B2C or B2B for marketing communications, copywriting, content strategy, or a related field
- Experience with Social Media strategy and management, as well as Public Relations initiatives, including planning, writing, and editing press releases
- Team player with strong copywriting skills, experience developing content, and project managing the creative process
- Ability to multi-task and take the lead on several projects
- Translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials is essential
- Collaborative approach and ability to foster a good working relationship quickly
