Responsibilities:
- Preparing responses to RFPs, EOIs, and other business proposals.
- Preparing software specification documents, Inception reports, SRS, presentations etc.
- Analyzing business requirements and performing scope analysis.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Preparing user guides, release notes, and reference documentation.
- Developing innovative content for the website and social media platforms.
- Collaborating with technical experts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all technical content.
- Ensuring that all documentation meets our company's standards for quality and formatting.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
- Creative and analytical writing skills.
- Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail and a drive for quality.
- Bachelor’s in CS/CSE/ETE/EEE or similar fields preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
