About the Company
Arbor is a B-Corp with a mission to bring people together through shared history. We do this by offering a video platform for families to capture their stories so they can share their history. We currently operate in stealth mode, meaning while we have a live product, we are keeping our usage purposefully low so we can learn, and don’t openly advertise on social media platforms.
About the Role
The Video Editor is tasked with taking the raw footage shot by our interviews and turning it into the final edited video. This means being able to follow our company brand guide and post-production workflow, in creating a series of short videos (2-5 minutes each). It is the responsibility of the Video Editor to review all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics (if needed) and fine-tuning the completed videos. Ultimately, as a Video Editor, you should be able to bring picture, audio and graphics together in order to tell a cohesive story that is in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
