Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Drive micro-segmentation to identify segments to deliver incremental revenues and contributions and manage subscriber segmentation to enhance revenue through intelligence and offer management· Drive retention programs for subscribers across the base to achieve product revenue and subscriber targets and develop and implement Predictive and Reactive Usage drop models in the regional/cluster model to identify potential churn subscribers and to prevent them from churning for base growth· Formulate analyzing cluster wise product performance in terms of product uptake rates, revenue uplift, and contribution to prioritize segments and drive innovation in segment identification, product design, and communication to get higher take rates and create differentiation in offerings· Strategize development with the objective to generate customer insights based on different kinds of data analytics models to identify new revenue opportunities, manage analytics for the organization, and support decision making by a generation of regular business analysis· Drive to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and strategize the interpretation of the analytical results and create stories· Lead and design analytical solutions to business problems, identify data requirements and develop plans and deliver results in a time-bound fashion to arrest the growth · Ensure retailer's OTF are properly integrated with recharging customer profile and manage and ensure all the CVM machinery (Amar Offer, Data Grid, Voice Grid) are timely equipped with proper subscriber profiling· Lead and guide product team through multi-dimensional analysis and monitoring of the business KPIs which could be impacted due to different CVM offerings· Contribute to data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies and make recommendations on the data mining process· Simplify complex outputs into actionable, understandable outcomes for business stakeholders and lead across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs
Required Academic Qualifications· B.Sc or M.Sc in CSc/CSE from any UGC approved university
Required Experience· 8+ years of experience in a relevant fieldRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Strong knowledge of RDBMS technologies, MS Excel, and PowerPoint· Strong scripting and programming skills in SQL and Python/R· Hands-on experience in process development with bash shell scripting in Linux/Unix environment · Expert in handling large data, cleansing amp; preparation for structure data modeling · 2-3 years of experience in machine learning-based model development· Experience with data visualization tools such as Microstrategy· Strong knowledge of Telecom industry value chain, insight, and dynamics· Excellent in business communication and presentation skills· Strong project planning and management skills·
