We are looking for a high caliber Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver engineering and product initiatives with strategic significance and high exposure. In these initiatives we will tackle some of the most intriguing problems in software architecture while designing and building highly scalable services, and solutions.
This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. Our programs span multiple engineering and product teams as well as multiple organizations and business functions as we work to build high request volume customer facing services. As innovators who embrace new technology, you will be empowered to choose the right highly scalable and available technology to solve complex problems and will directly influence product design.
You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous and innovative environment. - Define scalable processes and frameworks leveraged by multiple cross-functional teams
- Solve complex problems, work on front and backend services that can scale to millions of requests, build products that will reach a large number of customers and deploy them globally delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Work directly with engineering and product leadership along with the Senior Leadership Team
- Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
- Set project management standards and expectations and deliver large, cross functional projects.
- 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience, including hands-on management of cross-functional software efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems and/or developing scalable web applications
- First-hand working knowledge of current web technologies

- A Masters in computer science or related technical discipline
