Why is this role important to Field Nation?The Provider Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for investigating quality events, negative ratings, and/or blocks that occur within our marketplace and holding those accountable for any at-fault scenarios. The role is key to maintaining the integrity of our marketplace and offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must.Role Responsibilities
  • Create new quality events as needed
  • Daily review of blocks and ratings list - determine if we need to create event or clear each item
  • Investigate quality events by communicating with involved parties while documenting all findings
  • Fault/No Fault events and communicate with the provider accordingly based on your findings
  • Suspend/Deactivated accounts as needed while making sure to not negatively impact future work
  • Respond to user inquiries/complaints regarding investigations, suspensions and deactivations
  • Document all written/verbal communication within service cloud
  • Resolve customer's problems by clarifying the complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution for solving the problem; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Gather appropriate knowledge about Field Nation platform
  • Ensure regular office attendance and proper time management during office hours
  • Build sustainable peer to peer relationships through open and interactive communication
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues
Role Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills - reading, speaking, listening, and writing
  • Detail oriented while maintaining an empathetic and unbiased 3rd party perspective
  • Ability to clearly communicate the violation of our policy and/or what we need from them as proof
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during complex, high stress situations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Prioritizing and managing time effectively
  • Relentless work ethic and commitment to helping your teammates succeed
  • Comfortable interacting in high stress situations on a daily basis
Educational Requirements
  • This position requires a minimum A levels / HSC equivalent qualification with proficiency in English language speaking, writing and listening.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
  • This is a full time position from 8pm to 5am BD Standard Time Monday through Friday
Salary Range
  • BDT 30,000 - 40,000 (Monthly)
