Why is this role important to Field Nation?The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager is responsible for the execution of account-based campaigns and tactics to drive demand and pipeline from a key Enterprise accounts list. This role will align account based strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating the success of campaigns.
The ABM Manager will quarterback our account-based playbooks by collaborating closely across marketing, operations, BDRs and sales to drive awareness and generate demand from key enterprise prospect accounts. This role will influence across the go-to-market team, so you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be comfortable using data and insights to anchor your approach and recommendations. This role reports directly to the Director of Revenue Marketing.What you'll get to do in this role:
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales and BDR partners to build and execute integrated multi-channel account plays that create awareness, engagement, and build pipeline for targeted enterprise accounts
  • Serve as the marketing liaison to Field Nation’s enterprise segment, taking ownership for marketing demand generation
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to account-based campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize.
  • Iterate accordingly based on data and analysis of account-based campaigns and tactics
  • Deliver account research and analysis that drive account-based strategiesIdentify gaps in key personas and contact information within target accounts; develop data and insight strategy to append the necessary information within accounts and set up your team’s outreach for success.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goals to stakeholders
  • Support coordination and participation in events that support enterprise pipeline production
  • Work closely with marketing ops and rev ops to enable the marketing tools, integrations, and reporting necessary for building, tracking and reporting on enterprise plays and engagement activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a territory or focusing on targeted demand in an enterprise field marketing or account-based marketing capacity
  • Previous experience collaborating directly with sales.
  • As a marketer, you understand and celebrate your role in driving demand and bookings and recognize that you win and lose as a revenue team (will be expected to share detailed examples during interview process)
  • A bias toward action without sacrificing quality. You are a proactive self-starter with an ability and desire to roll up your sleeves and dig in without waiting for direction, demonstrating high initiative and urgency while still producing quality, high-value results
  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with meticulous attention to detail in execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally.
  • You value leaning into others' expertise and can demonstrate how you’ve worked effectively with peers in past roles.
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - able to clearly communicate new ideas, campaigns, and results to both internal and external stakeholdersTeam player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-growth environment

  • Ability to troubleshoot amp; problem solve without having all the answers

  • Experience/familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Drift or other key ABM technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
