Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Drive micro-segmentation to identify segments, manage subscriber segmentation to enhance revenue through intelligence amp; evaluate segment/product performance basis usage pattern, taker rates, incremental revenue, incremental contribution and identify the best offer for the segment· Drive to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and strategize the interpretation of the analytical results and create stories· Conduct and participate in value chain analysis to arrest business opportunities for all aspects including Marketing, Product, Digital, device, Sales amp; Distribution, Enterprise etc· Ensure sales and retail machinery (IRIS) can provide appropriate offers based on always updated subscriber profiling for 34mn+ customers and ensure retailers OTF are properly integrated with recharging customer profile· Coordinate with product, pricing amp; CVM team through multi-dimensional analysis and monitoring of the business KPIs · Simplify complex outputs into actionable, understandable outcomes for business stakeholders and lead across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needsRequired Academic Qualifications· Bachelors in CSc/CSE or BBA in MIS from any UGC approved University
Required Experience· 5+ years of experience in a relevant fieldRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Strong knowledge in RDBMS technologies, MS Excel, and PowerPoint· Expert in handling large data, cleansing amp; preparation for structure data modeling · Strong knowledge in Reporting amp; Business Analysis· Strong knowledge on Telecom industry value chain, insight, and dynamics· Business Communication and presentation skill· Hands on experience in developing predictive models in customer segmentation, churn and CLM modeling or recommendations using data science tools and techniques like Python/R· Working knowledge of/experience in R/ Python and SQL· Demonstrated knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques and their applications · Ability to present results of ML models in business language· Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, as well as being able to explain complex technical concepts in simple manner· Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI etc.) · Demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills and the ability to find relevant stories by connecting dots· Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal directionIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or beforeJune 8, 2022.
