You will have the opportunity to grow in our Business support team and work with talented people based in Dhaka and San Francisco (US).Responsibilities:

• Transcribing everyday customer feedback within the timeline
• Managing the Country Director's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Organizing meetings including scheduling remote and in-person meetings, sending reminders, and organizing categories when necessary
• Taking meeting notes that accurately reflect the decisions and discussions that took place during the meeting
• Formatting information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.
• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
• Creating purchase order and purchase requisition to order materials, goods, and supplies
• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
• Managing content on various social media including writing and editing posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• Excellent written, and verbal communication in English and documentation skills are essential.
• Comfortable working hybrid/night shift to accommodate US time zones
• Time-management skills, ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
• Graduates from any discipline. BBA/ MBA from any reputed university preferred.
• Knowledge of excel/google sheets, PPT/ google slides, and professional email writing skills will be advantageous.
