Job Description

Job Responsibility: · Identify new DCB and DS revenue opportunities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to launch event/occasion-based campaigns· Target base identification and channel selection for the campaigns, execute and measure campaign performance and modify as per the learning to enhance performance· Assist in driving end-to-end delivery of the products including developing the product, coordinating with internal and external teams, due diligence of the selected vendor, providing brief for a communication plan, and ensuring GTM amp; BTL execution and Pre amp; Post UAT· Create and manage subscriber database and fetch required reports in the already developed / newly developed template· Generate reports analyzing on different parameters related to VAS, DCB, and Digital Service· Analyze customer segments amp; explore various communication channels amp; come up with solutions to increase customer usage amp; include new customers· Monitor amp; measure all existing VAS, DCB, and digital services BTL campaign performance and modify campaigns based on new VAS and DCB offered by competitors, customer traits, updated performance trends of existing campaigns or due to changes in product and servicesRequired Academic Qualifications· Bachelor degree in Business/Engineering from any UGC approved University
Required Experience·3 to 4 years of total experience, 2 year of relevant experience in VAS/DCB/Digital product campaign management and analytics in the Telecom Industry is preferredRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Understanding and knowledge of the telecommunication, CVM, DCB, VAS, and Digital services· Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques is a must· Knowledge of CVM and campaign management is a must· Capability to work under strict deadlines and revenue targets is a must· Knowledge on product innovation, conceptualization, designing amp; development · Market and consumer insights· Knowledge on Project management· Understanding and knowledge of different development initiatives and new business opportunities· Basic Stakeholder management and negation skills· Knowledge on customer lifecycle management· Understanding of core telecom platforms including SDP platformIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or beforeSeptember 11, 2022.
