Job Description
Job Responsibility: ·Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time campaign planning and execution to drive recharge from digital channels. · Prepare detailed campaign modality along with communication plan based on target customer segment for digital channel partners and execute those campaigns flawlessly. · Collect market intelligence and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and future potential and work with senior members to prepare a strategy for business growth in line with company strategy. · Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of channel-specific products, and performance reports in terms· Ensure proper UAT and quality checking before and after execution of each campaign to ensure a better customer experience· Plan BTL Communications based on current and upcoming campaigns, Customer segmentation amp; Cohort, market insights etc· Collaborate with partners and the Banglalink technology team to ensure smooth operation of the connectivity solutions to drive USSD and SMS revenueRequired Academic Qualifications· Graduation from any UGC approved university.
Required Experience· At least 3 5 years of experience in a relevant field. · Experience in digital recharge business, UAT, and data Quality checking will be preferred.Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Good understanding of consumer behavior, Device Penetration, Recharge pattern etc· Sound knowledge on digital and traditional distribution· Basic knowledge of MS Office suit.· Can Do attitude along with Communication and Negotiation skillIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or beforeSeptember 7, 2022.
