Currently, we are looking for a few passionate SQA Engineers who shall be responsible for the following -
- Liaise with offshore teams (e.g. developers and business analysts) to identify system requirements.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Report any coding bugs or QA-related issues as they arise.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Very good attention to detail.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Working knowledge of test management software.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Good knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or others.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Good to have:
- Experience with functional automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
- Experience with Test Automation using jMeter, PostMan, etc.
(These are mandatory for Mid Level positions)
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering
