Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Ensure proper capacity planning, quality amp; performance management of network devices like routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN gateway, Load Balancer, ISE, WAF, Proxy, etc.· Participate and coordinate for the plan, solution preparation based on the requirements of the stakeholders, and internal network analysis. · Cooperate for capacity planning for overall network infrastructure and ensure proper assistance to modernize amp; upgrade Network Infrastructure· Coordinate to define Enterprise Business Networks roadmap based on stakeholders' needs, technology trends, and business requirements · Coordinate in implementation during Enterprise Business Networks projects to achieve the timeline of digital services launching, ensuring execution of capacity-related network projects based on yearly forecast · Perform continuous monitoring of Network performance, health checks, alert notification through NMS, and providing necessary support and guidance for the NMS integration of the network elements.· Coordinate for E2E Network analysis (encompassing all the elements like firewalls, gateways, encryption, WAF, mobile VPN connections, access management, log management, etc.) on a short term and long-term basis and accordingly requirement finalization to ensure the security best practices and guidelines are implemented in the Enterprise network domain. · Effectively identify network security issues, concerns, threats, and vulnerabilities in the current environment, implement necessary guidance to configure, enhance, and fine-tune the existing security infrastructure, and manage the deployment of security solutions.Taking proactive measures to maintain KPIs as per agreed SLA, continuous monitoring of health, generating daily/weekly/monthly performance report
Required Academic Qualifications· B.Sc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or Engineering or Communication or Telecommunication Engineering
Required Experience· 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Networks, IP Networks, and Cyber security fieldRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Sound knowledge of routing (OSPF, EIGRP, EBGP, IBGP), switching (VLAN/STP/ Ether-channel/vPC) amp; other networking protocols.· Knowledge of E2E IP Networks and Architecture. Good understanding of packet flow in a large telecom environment.· Knowledge of IIG/NIX/NTTNs networks amp; Data Center Passive amp; Active networking elements.· Experience in Router/Switch/Firewall/Load Balancer operation amp; troubleshooting.· Good understanding of Security threat and mitigation process.· In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN issue troubleshooting and optimization.· Good knowledge of SDN technology and features· Working experience on Client VPN amp; Site to Site VPN.· Good Project Management and negotiation skills.· Good Understanding of Information Security and IT Audit processes· Good knowledge of Network monitoring, operations handling, policies, and process implementation.
