Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Plan, design, develop, and test application/software and/or enhance/customize existing applications including cloud-based or internet-related tools.· Provide techno-functional support amp; resolve issues/incidents to internal stakeholders/business users for custom-developed or standard Enterprise applications (i.e. ERP, HCM, etc).· Involve in the rollout for an entire product as well as various initiatives and cross-functional projects.· Develop ERP custom Reports, workflows, Integrations · Feasibility analysis, Estimations, Technical Design amp; Technical review (on vendor proposal). · Interface with business users across all departments of Banglalink for Oracle ERP requirements from an operational and functional perspective.· Manager Vendor delivery, monitor their performance against set KPIs and ensure SLA milestones during various project· Follow SDLC process in all development as well as proper technical documentation during design, development amp; testing. · Ensure audit support when necessary, with adequate system artifacts amp; data.Required Academic Qualifications· Graduate in CSE or B.Sc. in Engineering from any UGC-approved university
Required Experience·5-6 years of relevant techno-functional working experience in Enterprise systems and a Minimum of 2 years of software development experience. · Oracle Cloud certifications will be considered an added advantageRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Hands-on experience with application development, setup, configuration amp; deployment on public cloud services.· Experiences in resolving Application and backend issues/incident for Oracle ERP (Financial, Sourcing and HCM) and other enterprise systems.· Adequate Accounting and Functional knowledge in the fields of Oracle Fusion ERP.· Detailed working knowledge of the underlying data flow and architecture/structure of Enterprise Systems· One full cycle working experience of Oracle Fusion implementation is preferred · Application development experiences and working experiences in technologies like .Net, Java/J2EE, JSP, PL/SQL as well as reporting tools like BI publisher, OTBI, BI Analytics · Knowledge in designing, developing, deploying, and testing in public cloud architecture· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.· Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances· Skills and business knowledge to analyze the client's business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.If you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or beforeAugust 7, 2022.
