Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Identify new potential service providers, to enhance the service bundle portfolio and onboard local and global service providers across entertainment/music/education/health/gaming etc. industries, to launch various service bundles, to cater to different lifestyle needs of customers· Work with different genre-based service providers to create diversity and manage stakeholders to negotiate the price of the service and to lock the most competitive pricing/commission of the industry · Formulate strategies to increase overall service bundle portfolio base and a monetization plan/business case jointly with the product team· Induce service bundle adaptation to increase data ARPU and design an effective communication and promotion strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams· Drive Service Bundle Portfolio to accelerate digital adaptation increase Service Bundle Portfolio user base while ensuring to popularize and induce the purchase of service bundles to increase customer stickiness· Champion the network integration between Banglalink and the global/local service providersRequired Academic Qualifications· Graduation from any reputed university· MBA (Major in Marketing) will be an added advantage
Required Experience·Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Telecom/FMCG/MNC IndustryRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Strong knowledge of strategy, business planning, partnership, and development· Thorough understanding of business dynamics· Good command in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.· Sound communication amp; negotiation skills for stakeholder management· Familiarity of technical framework of Telecom Industry· Staying on top of new services and trends around the digital sector· Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end project management· Understanding of regulatory issues in the telecom sector
