Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Develop a self-care growth hack strategy by Analyzing data and users (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future growth hacking strategies· Drive and co-ordinate the cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution of the approved quarterly plan· Drive cross-functional team to develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, etc. to drive traffic to digital channels· Ensure on-time ATL campaign planning and execution for customers of self-care channel and prepare detailed campaign instructions as per agreed modality; taking cross-functional team on board regarding new campaign or incentive scheme· Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels and prepare self-care push notifications and in-app communication plan· Collect and analyze a necessary industry, market, and competitive information and co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of performance reports and insights in terms of KPI / target achievements, product offers· Forecast Selfcare care MAU, DAU based on Customer segments, Smartphone usage, Internet users etc· Collect market intelligence and ensure on-time reporting to Deputy Director, Digital Channels amp; Distribution, and Digital Business Director. Required Academic Qualifications· Business Graduate on a relevant field from any UGC-approved University· Candidate having Engineering background along with MBA will be given preference
Required Experience·At least 6-8 years relevant experience in any reputed organizationRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Good understanding of App Eco-system and growth Hacking· Good understanding and thorough knowledge of self-care platform development and features· Sound knowledge of competitive environment.· Good Understanding Process management · Demonstrated unquestionable integrity and truthfulness.
