Sr. VP (Support) Coal Power Plants - IPP

The candidate is going to hold top most 'Project Support Systems' position for the development of large Coal Fired Power Plants reporting to the Director. Preferably to have experience of Support services like Supply Chain Management, finance, accounts, strategic planning, capital budgeting, interaction with lenders, banks, DFI, banking prudential regulations, tax management, ECA, FOREX issue, administration, legal, warranty, commercial, Custom Clearance, Heavy Equipment Transportation, plant insurance, QS, Contracts, FIDIC, change orders, claim management, Fixed assets management , optimization of cash flow, customer relationship, HR, expatriate management, site management, QA/QC, EHS, O&M, Turn around etc. Conversant with IFRS, IAS, Statutory Audit, AGMs, EOGM, development and Coal based IPPs, PPA, FSA & IA. Proven track record of raising debt/equity for mega-projects. Causing low Capex and OPEX.

The candidate will be based in Dhaka but frequent travel to IPP sites is required. Expat salary and perq. Family status.
Minimum Education: MBA (Finance), MSEM, or MEM degree with engineering background is preferable. Computer and ERP/SAP or equivalent literate.
