For this position we are looking for trainers on a contractual basis, preferably individuals who have prior experience of providing training for other organizations (e.g. software companies, international NGOs.) The primary responsibility of the trainer would be providing online end-user training on our newly developed software solutions to users across the country. On a regular day, the trainer will need to conduct multiple online training sessions to a large group of audiences via zoom or similar platforms. He/she may also be required to provide on-site training in a classroom setting.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in public speaking, learning next-gen technologies and explaining complex software functionalities to users with varying degrees of tech literacy.
