Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Work as Shift in-charge/Lead to Monitor and understand of faults, alarms, traffic trend for both Access and Core Network Terminals, like - NSS, IN/VAS, IT, Transmission, 2G and 3G BTS of different vendors with more concentration to avoid missing any alarms.· Guide to identify, Localize and Prioritize network and BSM/IT/DBSS/Digital domain faults and alarms and Notify and Escalate timely, according to escalation procedure, through SMS, Phone Call, E-mail etc.· Inform, Issue and Manage trouble tickets for matured alarms as per the agreed timeframe to different regional offices amp; internal departments accordingly as a shift in charge· Verify and analyze daily, weekly and monthly outages and alarms to identify root causes or frequent problem areas to identify viable solutions· Evaluate quality of service of the network by analyzing customer usage levels, network utilization and service or traffic performance· Quantitative analysis of faults/trend, identify issues and escalated to concern team for resolution. · Develop and implement new ideas and processes, tools/macros/automation for efficient reporting; Manage database and Store different format of daily data properly· Coordination with internal amp; external stakeholders WITH the objective to ensure minimal network/services un-availability· Manage different types of management reporting about network, services amp; availability status/trend. · Incident amp; Change Management process governanceRequired Academic Qualifications· BSc Engineering in Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunications or Computer Science from any UGC approved University
