Job Description
Job Responsibility: ·Prepare capacity requirements for different CS Core nodes, Infrastructure amp; as per budgetary limits, identify CS node capacity as per Marketing forecast, and optimize the network for events and promotions. · Prepare BP and Budget as per Capacity requirement.· Monitor CS Core all standard KPIs, features amp; timers analysis for optimizing the end-user experience and modernizing CS Core Units before equipment End of Service (EOS)· Supervise Core related project execution as per commercial requirement on subscriber capacity (on time, with quality, respecting capitalization)· Verify existing and new product additional features and implement as per commercial requirements and supervise the development of the KPI document for CS, indicating all the standard parameters, timers, and enhancement of the core KPI report· Evaluate the compatibility of the feature with the existing network and element versions· Execution of CS Core, Data Center Infrastructure project on time, with quality while respecting capitalization and analyzing MoP from a technology vendor to achieve expected expansion /modification· Ensuring timely integration of VAS platforms and features with Core Network Elements and ensuring procurement of additional features for core nodes in-house or by sourcing vendors to support existing core network features· Ensure Capacity, quality amp; performance management of critical CS Core infrastructures· Bachelor in Computer Science amp; Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering
Required Academic Qualifications· Bachelor in Computer Science amp; Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering from any UGC-approved university
Required Experience·6-7 years of relevant experienceRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Basic knowledge of Project Management principles amp; practices· Basic knowledge of Core Dimensioning· Basic knowledge of VoLTE / 5G· Advance knowledge of Core network optimization· Advance knowledge of UMTS (3G)as well as NGN
