Job Description

Why is this role important to Field Nation?The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading new customer implementation programs, including evaluating and managing cross-functional activities to drive new customer acquisition and retention. Key to this role is being able to drive urgency, inspire and sell Field Nation best-practices, and successfully guide external constituents through defined processes. Goals include successful onboarding of Field Nations solutions to help customers connect with skilled technicians. Responsibilities include owning the full customer implementation process, including running user training sessions, scoping out integration needs, and ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. The Implementation Specialist must be able to clearly capture and articulate client needs, cultivate engagement in a client-driven organization, and accelerate user adoption through advising customers on product features. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position can be located in Minneapolis or remotely in select states. This position reports to the Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations.What you'll do:
  • Responsible for clients path to value, functioning in an agile environment, iterating real time when meeting success criteria becomes at risk
  • Consult with clients to understand clients' business objectives and goals
  • Analyze and verify operational needs in an effort to accelerate adoption timelines
  • Set, communicate, and track against internal and external timelines to ensure successful implementation
  • Develop an effective client engagement strategy designed for various levels within an organization
  • Lead collaboration between several internal departments including Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance
  • Serve as an escalated point of contact during client onboarding
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Effectively communicate program recommendations at an executive level both internally and externally
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
  • Measure, analyze and report key trends in program performance and drive opportunities to improve
What you'll need:
  • 4 + years relationship management or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a consultative style
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to clearly present material and recommendations at an executive level
  • A highly motivated team player with a proactive approach to work
  • A finisher/completer with high level of personal ownership of team performance
  • Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus of high quality and business profit
  • Able to work well with colleagues within different areas of expertise
  • Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. No international travel required.
