Job Description
Job Responsibility: ·Finalize the network expansion plan through GIS amp; other planning tools (like mapinfo, facebook, google, napa of E.Co, etc.) and create multiple tables and layers of different KPIs in the GIS tool and be able to generate insights.· Facilitate the budget amp; business plan exercise (e.g. sub base, minutes of usage, gross add, recharge, churn, reactivation, net add, data user, data usage etc.) in sub-district (thana) level for both 2G, 3G amp; 4G · Perfectly execute the GTM strategy for SRAN monetization in coordination with Technology, Product, CVM, Channel Planning, Trade Marketing, Brand amp; Communication, Digital Marketing amp; BI team· Prepare smart dashboards equipped with all necessary KPIs (target vs achievement), trend line, urban/rural, infill/new coverage, Age on Network, Revenue achievement amp; bracketing, Coverage/Capacity/B2B/BTRC/Border sites· Assess performance of any type of network investment and support in initiating cross functional initiatives to extract additional business opportunities· Look intoL900, L1800, L2100, Swap,4th sector planning, 4G throughput benchmarking amp; monitoring, physical Blocking removal amp; optimization, 3G shutdown in low traffic cell, dismantle low performing amp; high rent IBS·Drive various Project jointly with B2C Sales amp; Distribution and Marketing team and increase the 4G primary users through gaining facebook market share, USIM amp; LTE device penetrationRequired Academic Qualifications· BBA/MBA from any UGC approved university
