Job Description
Why is this role important to Field Nation?The Program Manager will be responsible for initiating and executing cross-functional company initiatives. This person will closely work and collaborate the Senior Leadership Team to structure and manage the company operating system of annual strategic planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly business reviews. Role is highly cross-functional and is expected to exercise leadership without immediate authority as well as coaching. Role will also own initiation of goal setting processes as well as ensuring continuous visibility into progress and monitoring for quality of execution, including identification and mitigation of risks. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN and reports to the EVP of Strategy.What you'll do:

- Work and collaborate frequently with the Senior Leadership Team on goal setting, strategic planning, and progress tracking
- Ensure successful initiation, implementation and execution of strategic cross-functional initiatives and programs
- Track execution, progress, and risks of running initiatives and ensure immediate visibility for Senior Leadership initiative owners
- Lead structural processes and operating procedures that drive annual strategic planning and quarterly and monthly company level business reviews
- Own visibility and reporting for progress on company-level Objectives and Key Results
- Works closely with Senior Leaders to ensure timely delivery of inputs, outcomes, and artifacts required for strategic planning, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Acts as an execution conduit, steward, and coach for more junior managers and teams
- 5 + years Program Management, Project Management, or related cross-functional leadership experience
- Experience at working with executive leadership
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a consultative style
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to clearly present material and recommendations at an executive level
- A highly motivated leader, driver, with a proactive approach to work
- Strategic appreciation of the role, the company and the market
- A finisher/completer with high level of personal ownership of team performance
- Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus of high quality and business outcomes
- Able to work well with colleagues within different areas of expertise
