Provider Success Coordinator
Field Nation, Bangladesh

• Support the self-service/tech touch program for the provider base across the customer journey.
• Promote product adoption by understanding and removing barriers and guiding provider customers toward key milestones through technical touchpoints.
• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email regarding best practices, escalated issues, and various provider success and marketplace initiatives.
• Partner with Manager of Provider Success and Provider Success team to create and organize content for provider success campaigns, provider resource center, and other communication infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Provider Success, as well as Support, Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure providers receive appropriate support.
• Provide follow up communication to providers during various communication campaigns.
• Perform business support or technical work to gather feedback from providers, analyze customer data, and identify best practices to improve the provider experience and reduce churn.
• Coordinate and facilitate project management in conjunction with the Provider Success team to achieve Provider Success milestones.
• Effectively communicate with providers via various communication tools and over phone and communicate VOC/feedback to internal teams.
• Partner with the Marketplace Provider team with various marketplace initiatives.

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) as this role requires consistent communication with US team members, technicians and clients.
• Collaboration with other teams at Field Nation including Marketplace Provider, Marketing, and Product

• Experience using Google Suite tools including Meet, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets

• This is a full time opportunity.
• - Shift = 9 hours/day 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
• - Hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)
