Job Description

Why is this role important to Field Nation?Quite simply this role will be the catalyst for sales growth. The Sales Enablement Manager will provide the daily motivation, training and coaching required to develop successful sales representatives. In return, the successful sales representatives will result in continued growth for Field Nation. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN.What you'll do:
  • Ensure all sales representatives are achieving or exceeding quota
  • Monitor and manage weekly individual performance metrics via 1:1 meetings
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives on a daily basis
  • Ensure sales representatives are fully utilizing SalesForce and other systems
  • Enforce training fundamentals through hands-on coaching
  • Provide weekly forecasting
  • Build a cohesive team resulting in sharing of best practices and successes
  • Work closely with other departments to accelerate the sales process and remove sales barriers
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to drive the sales process with clients by participating in sales pursuits of high profile accounts
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years of successful sales managing a B2B quota carrying team
  • Proven success leading a team of 5+ to over quota performance
  • Success aggressively growing revenues through a team by proactive selling techniques
  • Experience managing a team to performance metrics
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Solid experience with B2B sales and business fundamentals
  • The ability to operate under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships on a team
  • Undergraduate in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • IT Staffing or Third Party maintainer sales background preferred
