Job Description
Job Responsibility: ·Provide necessary support to B2B organization by performing activation of products and generating different sorts of analysis amp; reporting to the stakeholders as required by the Support Manager· Assess the product demand and communicate to supply chain management and supervise stock replenishment and set credit limit and settlement schedule and monitor timely credit realization· Obtain usage data from IT and POS as and when required as per Support Manager’s directives · Manage B2B reporting databases and update as required and prepare various activity reports on a regular basis and share with stakeholders· Develop own work area by knowledge gaining on new methodologies to the existing process to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations· Forecast and plan departmental vehicle requirements upon business need and ensure availability of vehicles for operation· Prepare all necessary documents related to expenditures/petty cash · Scrutinize all submitted documents for SIM activations
Required Academic Qualifications· Bachelors with a major in Marketing/Finance from UGC-approved university.Required Experience· 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Sound knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel amp; MS Power Point · Basic knowledge on computer skills· Comprehensive communication skills· General understanding of report preparation· Basic knowledge of SME operationsDeadline
