Job Responsibility: ·Support to develop and establish SME segment strategy in alignment with overall B2B strategy. · Manage and drive contribution of revenue from SME segment, sales channel STI, acquisition amp; retention and support to develop and establish SME segment Strategy.· Determine customers' needs, recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines, evaluate the market competition and formulate quarterly plans based on the annual roadmap and follow up its timely execution; · Prepare annual strategic planning based on yearly roadmap and deliver the best practice initiatives for products to drive revenues in operating companies · Identify areas of revenue leakage and augmented churn as well as opportunities for enhanced revenue generation and increased cost saving based on the analysis; · Design, develop, implement products and manage lifecycle in collaboration with Technology, IT, Finance, and other internal stakeholders along with ensuring quality UAT of product amp; services Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance of all products amp; services under the SME segment Required Academic Qualifications·BBA/MBA from any UGC approved University Required Experience·5-6 years of experience inclusive of minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in SME/B2B Product and Service life cycle management in the telecom industryRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Sound knowledge on Telecom and SME business· Sound understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements· Good acumen on SME product pricing· In-depth know-how of technical framework of telecom industry· Hands-on customer lifecycle management knowledge·In-depth customer acquisition and retention knowledgeDeadline
