Job Description

Field Nation is looking for a bright, highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Enterprise sales team. This person should have a hunter mentality and will play a large role in continuing Field Nation’s growth. You will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and challenging customers' thinking about how Field Nation can transform the way their business operates. You must be capable of leading complex sales cycles and engaging CXO level decision makers. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales targets and 2-4 years working with enterprise customers. A minimum of 6 years of field sales experience is required and field service industry experience is a big plus! This position offers the opportunity to be in a fast-paced, high growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This role reports directly to the VP, Enterprise Sales. What you'll do:
  • Attaining annual quota for new logo sales and expansion of new clients
  • Overall success of assigned accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships with executive level contacts
  • Identify new contacts and build new relationships within accounts
  • Work with both executives and key decision makers at assigned companies to secure additional wallet share to successfully grow revenues
  • Generate buyer interest by presenting/demonstrating the Field Nation platform and selling the value of relevant features and functions that solve new customer’s business challenges
  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients open new revenue streams
  • Develop action oriented account plans for customers that outline their specific growth opportunities, critical success factors, and metrics for success
  • Partner closely with members of the Customer Success and Solution Engineering teams to ensure our customers are fully trained and on-boarded to receive maximum value from our marketplace
What you'll need:
  • 7 + years of successful account management experience
  • Proven success growing an existing customer base through proactive selling activities
  • Previous sales experience in the technology industry, preferable selling service or an intangible
  • Experience working an enterprise account base
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven experience challenging customers to think differently about their business
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree
  • Passion for helping to grow businesses through strategic partnership and guidance
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
