Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Prepare various reports and monitor market-wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity amp; behavior· Understand business objectives, questions, and problems, analyze the business data, forming new relations and derivations as necessary and extract the maximum amount of valid information content from the multidimensional analyses and obtain amp; present the business insight with recommendations. · Acquire, store and update all critical customer data, supervise amp; monitor data backup, develop automated process, job functions or techniques for quick analysis· Empower stakeholders and organizations with business insights amp; hidden meaning of information to make data-driven business decisions· Manage and visualize right information with the right context for management, commercial, sales amp; distribution, and finance decision making via strategic dashboards· Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth and partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers· Work with and manage cross-functional teams in collecting the data from the relevant departments and produce a presentation of the findings to the CCO amp; Commercial management.· Analyze customer’s amp; channel historical activities and behavior, contribute to data science prediction model architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies and make recommendationsRequired Academic Qualifications· Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or relevant field from any UGC approved University
Required Experience· 2-3 years of experience including 1 year in handling huge volume in relevant to telecommunication fieldRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Should be efficient in Data Extraction, Visualization amp; Analytics.· Should be able to find out hidden insights from data.· Experienced in RDBMS, SQL, shell script, and handling large volumes of databases.· Ability to connect all the business domains with relevant complex rules to build an advanced analytical model· Basic knowledge of Data Science, Machine learning, Prediction/Forecasting model buildingShould have basic knowledge in R, Python, PL/SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPointDeadline
