Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Responsible for leading the FPamp;A department and spearhead the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, long term business plan, operating plan variance analysis, and impose adequate control over all functional areas· Strategize and keep tracking the organization performance against set targets and set forth recommendations to all functional Heads based on appropriate analysis· Responsible to approve the Capex and Opex expenditure from a budgetary perspective while ensuring budget achievement for the fiscal year· Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects requested by management.· Act as a bridge between H.Q FPamp;A and local management to align subsidiary performance with Group objectives while ensuring shareholder’s value growth. model/analysis services
Required Academic Qualifications· MBA or Chartered Accountant from any UGC approved University or reputed firm
Required Experience· Minimum 15 years of total experience inclusive of 3-4 years relevant experience in FPamp;A in a managerial role in Telecommunication IndustryRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Extensive industry know-how and market dynamics understanding· Well-versed in financial modeling and analysis· In-depth Knowledge of Accounting, Reporting, Statutory reporting, Regulations, Taxation, Corporate Laws, Business practice and budgeting, planning and forecasting processes · Strong familiarity with Risk Management· Ability to present a financial statement to high-level stakeholders and correlate with strategic Business Plan· Expertise in Business Strategy Formulation· Strong leadership skills· Ability to handle multi-functional tasks· Sound knowledge of IFRSDeadline
