Job Description
Job Responsibility: ·Drive micro-segmentation to identify segments, manage subscriber segmentation to enhance revenue through intelligence amp; offer management and supervise identifying intents and segments with incremental revenue opportunities· Lead to ensure monthly/weekly complete base management, drive retention programs for subscribers across the base and develop and implement predictive and reactive usage drop models in the regional/cluster model to identify potential churn subscribers and to prevent them from churn for base growth· Formulate analyzing cluster wise product performance and evaluate segment/product performance to identify the right segment and best offer · Drive innovation in segment identification, product design, and communication to get higher take rates and create differentiation in offerings as a part of new idea generation· Drive retail-centric insights to bring and rollout more engagement programs along with segmented offers for base growth· Strategize development with the objective to generate customer insights, drive to develop and articulate strategic recommendations and lead and design analytical solutions to business problems in a time-bound fashion to arrest the growth opportunities· Lead to determine data mining architectures, supervise data modeling standards, structure data analysis methodologies and determine data mining process to ensure data model availability to every layer of the organization based on hierarchy and demand· Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and delivery management skills to manage cross-functional teams by simplifying complex outputs into actionable, understandable outcomes and recommend improvements for developing growth strategy and roadmap for management (CCO) presentation· Provide guidance and lead the highly effective and agile teammates for career planning and development by ensuring adequate resources for achieving performance goals
Required Academic Qualifications· Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering or Bachelors in MIS from any UGC-approved university or relevant field.
Required Experience· 10+ years of experience including 6 years in a relevant fieldRequired Knowledge amp; Skills· Strong knowledge in RDBMS technologies, MS Excel and PowerPoint· Expert in handling large data, cleansing amp; preparation for structure data modeling · Strong knowledge in Reporting amp; Business Analysis· Strong knowledge of Telecom industry value chain, insight, and dynamic· Good business communication and presentation skills· Hands-on experience in developing predictive models in customer segmentation, churn and CLM modeling or recommendations using data science tools and techniques like Python/R· Working knowledge of/experience in R/ Python and SQL· Demonstrated knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques and their applications · Ability to present results of ML models in business language· Ability to engage the cross-functional teams to understand business problems/requirements and convert the same into modeling for solution development· Demonstrate strong interpersonal and interacting skills with cross-functional team and management· Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, as well as being able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner· Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) · Demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills and the ability to find relevant stories by connecting dots·Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal directionDeadline
