Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Create user profiles, personas, and scenarios to develop meaningful interview questions and carry out effective interviews· Making better decisions and recommendations to improve visual designincluding layout, color, graphics, icons, and text choice· Optimize interaction through appropriate controls and error and feedback design· Survey the scope of usability issues to know the four factors that drive testing and identify the appropriate test and when to use it· Conduct performance-based tests using paper and functioning prototypes, review advanced prototype testing to enhance precision to performance measures· Conduct UATs on platforms, and Usability tests on designs and journeys· Manage UX and UI development and delivery of the digital assets and develop projects in agile scrum method· Act as Product Manager for platforms and work with commercial and Technology teams to successfully achieve the KPIs
Required Academic Qualifications· BSc in CSc / CSE or relevant Degree from any foreign or UGC Approved Local University. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.· Formal training on UX or HFI Certified CUA is preferred. · Should be fluent in using Figma, Invision, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.Required Experience· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Knowledge in Web development and App development processes for Android and iOS· Expertise in using MS Excel and PowerPoint· Knowledge of Telecom industry value chain, insight, and dynamic· Good business communication and presentation skills· Ability to engage the cross-functional team to understand business problems/requirements and convert the same into modeling for solution development· Demonstrate strong interpersonal and interacting skills with cross-functional team and management· Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, as well as being able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple mannerDeadline
