Why is this role important to Field Nation?The Marketing Campaign Specialist at Field Nation is responsible for the development and execution of compelling, end-to-end marketing campaigns, aligned with sales and our account teams, to create demand for new business and engagement with existing clients. The ideal candidate thrives on collaborating with sales and has prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, events, content, digital marketing, and social media. This individual must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Marketing. Due to Covid-19, this role is mostly remote for now but has the option to work out of our Minneapolis office.Who you are:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns that generate leads, drive pipeline, and expand current customer engagement and revenue
- Coordinate and manage campaign implementation and execution of existing programs such as content syndication, webinars, direct mail, social, and other outbound campaigns
- Develop, implement and track new cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive prospect and customer engagement
- Project manage all campaign deliverables end-to-end including creating and monitoring all production tickets
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales and account teams, and provide instructions for use, promotion, and follow-up
- Write copy and manage social media across various company channels
- Monitor and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs as needed
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of various marketing platforms/tools, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Eager, enthusiastic team-player
- A customer focus, both external and internal customers
