Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Lead multiple workstreams and/or project teams to execute against project plans, promote, manage amp; deliver the continuous improvement of project activities and seek opportunities to connect outcomes with other projects/priorities.· Drive the creation of integrated project plans and timelines, including thorough facilitating requirements gathering, setting role, responsibilities, and expectations, brainstorming options and solutions. · Propose solutions to manage client expectations, manage scope throughout the delivery of the project, and demonstrate the techniques and capabilities needed to bring problematic projects/teams back on track· Implement a contract management database where all the contracts of the company based on their contract value shall be preserved and maintained.· Establish an end-to-end process of document management, supervise and monitor proper maintenance of the process, ensure periodical review of the process and Recommend amp; implement changes as and when required· Demonstrate strong reporting and communication skills across all levels and integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams including product, legal, and policy domain knowledge, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks and solve problems· Examine current business processes and practices, identify legal and regulatory risks, review and analyze the gap in compliance and impact of non-compliance in the business and recommend solutions to remove the gap and mitigate the risks to the respective stakeholders· Assisting the CLO in developing onboarding and training programs for the Legal Department to ensure a general understanding of Legal and Company processes by all Legal personnel
Required Academic Qualifications·LL.M from a reputed university is preferableRequired Experience· 10 years experience as in-house counsel in major operations· Project management experience is a must. Related certification is preferable
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Thorough knowledge of Telecommunication laws and business · Thorough knowledge of general commercial and corporate laws land laws and practices· Advanced Project Management skills· Advanced Communication skills· Advanced Stakeholder Management skills· Advanced People Management skill
