Job Description
- Handling inbound and outbound from clients and ensure instant client satisfaction on service queries.
- Initiate calls to the customer to make better engagement with clients and sales growth.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding service quality, complaints, and feedback.
- Fixing meetings or appointment for sell services.
- Listening to the clients, need to generate repeat sales.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
- Persuade and offer Services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.
- Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.
- Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
- Develop and update client related reports.
- Provide proper refund and compensation to customers on time.
- Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
- Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.
Experience
- Candidates with 1 3 year of full-time working experience also can apply.
- Candidates with experience of working in customer service agency or CRM executive in any institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- BBA/MBA in any subjects would be preferred from any reputed university.
- Experience in customer service and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- One years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
