Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Assess, analyze amp; monitor the HS Offer Takers behavior in terms of revenue amp; data usage, device offer uptakes amp; 4G penetration· Correspond with BI for accumulating data to analyze update trends amp; forecast applying statistical forecasting norms to prepare reports and give visibility on campaign performance amp; plug-in dashboards to monitor KPI progress · Develop improvement matrix and evaluate Handset movement industry to forecast the trends and find new opportunities· Analyze handset mix into Network amp; assist on smartphone penetration initiatives· Assist on handset offers, bundles, pre-campaign technical readiness amp; IMEI registration/ whitelisting solution to ensure end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints· Analyze device market dynamics, technological shifts, and HS penetration to forecast industry movements that indicate market size and growth ·Support partner screening, due diligence amp; onboarding as Employee Sponsor of Compliance
Required Academic Qualifications· Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC approved university
Required Experience· 3-5 years of total experience inclusive of 3 years of relevant experience in analytics amp; business operation in the Telecommunications Industry.Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Performance Analysis amp; Market dynamic assessment· Ability to prepare business case - Sound knowledge of market trend amp; Impact· Able to bring operational efficiency addressing process efficiency· Keep-up-to date with evolving technology· Sound understanding of different requirements of BTRC amp; other external bodies· Understanding technical integration to live a campaign· Proficient knowledge of MS Office ToolsDeadline
