Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Drive and support the development teams to implement and adopt DevOps tools and processes (CI/CD, automated testing, containerization etc.) for increasing feature release frequency· Work closely with partner operations team to drive the implementation and maintenance of an automated framework (process and tools) for system and application performance monitoring · Support the Digital Development QA team for delivery governance interfacing between Digital, Technology and the augmented/outsourced development Team· Facilitate in removing impediments and blockers preventing the release progress of sprints by working closely with technology, development vendors and digital product teams· Actively be involved in the scrum process and work closely with the product owner, scrum master and agile Dev team for sprint planning and sprint review· Leverage the learning framework for build understanding on the application and infrastructural architecture; · Act as the custodian of the learning framework to support the in-house Banglalink(BL) developers for guiding them on the job for gaining code level knowledge on BL digital assets
Required Academic Qualifications·Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience· 4 -5 years of experience working, preferably within the telecoms industry
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Sound understanding of Software Development Lifecycle model· Sound understanding in Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) applicable to the digital product development· Sound technical knowledge and experience in building digital products (e.g. mobile apps) full stack software development using popular technologies like HTML5, CSS, Javascript (React JS, Angular JS), Python, PHP, Mysql, MongoDB, REDIS· Advanced technical knowledge and experience in setting up systems and application performance monitoring tools (Nagios, ELK stack, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace etc)· Advanced knowledge on DevOps processes and tools continuous integration(CI), continuous deployment(CD), cloud (AWS, GCP), containerization, infrastructure-as-code
