Why is this role important to Field Nation?As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will sit at the centerpoint of Field Nation’s Sales, Marketing, and Support teams. On this team, we view these departments as our most important customers, and their needs should be our guiding north star for the work we do. You’ll play an integral role in enabling Sales to run better, faster, and smarter, ultimately enabling Field Nation’s fast growth. We’re looking for someone to support the business with a data driven, strategic, and collaborative approach. The right person for this role will have a solution-oriented mindset, understand how to use data to drive strategic decision making, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.This position is located in Minneapolis, MN and reports to the Sales Operations Manager. - Support the contract lifecycle for all customers by managing pricing approvals and generating non-standard sales orders
- Generate and distribute monthly commission reports
- Manage Salesforce report and dashboard creation and distribution
- Partner with Data Science team to provide key sales and marketing performance analysis to leadership
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce and other data management/BI Systems
- Manage new hire onboarding and training materials
- Drive sales tool adoption through regular review and reporting. Tools include Salesforce, Outreach, and Chorus
- Continuously review processes and provide recommendations to remove bottlenecks and drive efficiency
- Manage numerous ad hoc requests concurrently that assist in driving leadership decision
- Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness, while ensuring all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies
- Create and send monthly reports where needed with the ability to understand, analyze, and explain as necessary
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field
- Strong command of Salesforce functionality
- Experience with Outreach, Chorus, or similar sales enablement tools strongly preferred
