Job Description

Job Responsibility: · End to end customer complaint management of Technology services received from different stakeholders· Lead team on identifying customer complaint nature, Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis and track amp; follow up the issues within SLA · Ensure Techno-commercial collaboration and cross-functional support to improve customer experience and business growth · Anchor customer experience/ NPS drive on Technology services (Network, Mobile Internet etc.) in accordance with the technology initiatives· Govern customer experience amp; Technology complaints data mart and ensure delivery of new business requirement/ regulatory compliance · Support team on business process/ tool automation for better performance and complaint correlation and real-time complaint handling efficiency
Required Academic Qualifications·B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering/ Telecommunication from any UGC approved UniversityRequired Experience·8-9 years of experience including 4-5 years’ relevant experience in Telecom Industry
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Expert knowledge in Customer experience amp; complaint management and Business support systems and process· Sound knowledge in Mobile network amp; Business systems: System Architecture amp; overview of network/ Application elements· Moderate knowledge on Technology (RAN, CORE, Business Service, VAS amp; Applications) KPIs· Good analytical skills for network/ service problem identification amp; troubleshooting· Strong interpersonal communication, presentation amp; stakeholder management skills · Sound knowledge on process design, governance amp; project management· Sound knowledge on Database amp; MS Office tools
