Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Ensure proper handling of customer complaint and resolute the issue within given SLA· Maintaining the process for sim activation of CTG region, activation related issue resolving and making report for quarterly and monthly basis· Ensure to provide highest level of support for client, support for limit change, replacement, reactivation and migration for corporate client· Ensure Sourcing Acquisition Form (SAF) collection month on month and ensure end to end Enterprise documentation process · Maintaining all prepaid, postpaid, SWAP sim, handset, Wi-Fi device requisition, collection, disbursement for CTG region, and also maintain the database for yearly internal audit· Ensure the ERM entry/exit process complete, attending phone call for service issue, follow up for clients issue resolving· Ensure to visit client premises for issue resolving as and when required
Required Academic Qualifications·BBA with major in Marketing/Finance from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience·2-3 years of experience
