Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Assist Regional Director in planning and identifying all regional administration requirements and projects · Maintain relationship with all required vendors, contact with them as amp; when required to ensure their best service delivery· Ensure all information related to regional vehicles in Vehicle Management System is up-to-date and coordinate VMS related issues with concerned stakeholders· Monitor the security operation- security guard’s presence, any deviation etc. in all regional offices and ensure all safety and security devices are working in all regional offices· Search site for Regional Office, Co-office, Technical Office, amp; select the suitable one as per requirement of the concerned department amp; authority· Coordinate with HR units regarding any support required from regional context and arrange amp; execute different events of HR in regional level
Required Academic Qualifications· BBA/B.Sc. from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience:· 3-4 years of relevant working experience
