Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Drive the Learning amp; Development strategy to strengthen people and organizational capabilities by creating a future-focused and effective learning eco-system· Review the Training Needs arising from Individual development Plan (functional, behavioral, On the job) and Talent Calibration reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to finalize the Yearly Training Calendar · Continuously collaborate with both external training vendors and internal subject matter experts to design and deliver the training programs · Monitor Training budget VS spending in line with the business priorities and provide necessary recommendations to overcome budgetary issues· Continuously provide feedback to trainers in order to enhance the effectiveness of the training initiatives· Enable impactful learning experiences by benchmarking industry best practices and adopting to modern learning methodologies, i.e. mobile learning, blending learning etc.· Ensure optimum learning engagements for the hybrid learner by using gamification amp; digital engagement tools and impactful communication materials (both static and video)· Recommend curriculum module designs for both leadership amp; functional development programs based on present and future competencies· Ability to interpret assessment tools for professional development· Ability to craft development journeys for different functional role families and recommend leadership development methods not limited to coaching, mentoring, job rotations and modern interventions
Required Academic Qualifications·BBA with major in Human Resource from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience·Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Sound knowledge of different functions of the organization · Advance knowhow of MS Office Applications· Experience in video and audio editing· Strong negotiation and stakeholder management· Good knowledge of Learning management systems· Thorough knowledge of talent management· Must be a quick learner and strong ability to adapt in a new situation· Thorough knowledge of evaluating training programs · Facilitation skills· Significant experience with effective learning and development methods· Experience in project management and budgeting· Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
