Job Description

Job Responsibility: · Formulate the commercial strategy by keeping company’s vision/mission in mind and by engaging relevant stakeholders· Lead strategy and planning session with all departments of Commercial and provide instructions, align different units of Commercial· Lead monthly and quarterly business planning processes based on the organization strategic direction and forecast macroeconomic indicators and predict future market movements· Finalize key assumptions for the business plan as per industry trend, business challenges and opportunities as per management expectation and in line with HQ guideline· Ensure on time in full execution of planned research/studies by maintaining proper data quality through field visit, quality checking etc.· Conduct market research activities and generate meaningful and actionable insights· Prepare Board and Management presentation to portray impacts of commercial initiatives, GTM, future plan to achieve KPIs, Strategy aligning all stakeholders on time in full and share with Finance· Ensure the team is equipped with the adequate knowledge; identify training requirements and build competency to develop resources, manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback and formal appraisal
Required Academic Qualifications·Business graduate/MBA preferably from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience· 10-12 years of experience to work in the relevant field
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Comprehensive knowledge on Telecom Markets (both local amp; Global) and understanding on Macroeconomic indicators and their impact on business· Strategic thinking amp; business acumen· Excellent Communication skill· Work class presentation preparation skillset· Extensive knowledge on research process and methodologies (Quantitative and Qualitative)· Extensive knowledge on Sampling model· Experience in conducting telecom research like NPS, Brand Health Tracking, Retail visibility amp; Noticeability, Brand equity, Mystery shopping, Retail census etc.If you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before June 10, 2021.
