Field Nation is in the business of connectionoffering thousands of jobs to a network of field service technicians. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery and go-to-market efforts of our intelligence and data products, including MarketSmart Insights. In this role you will own a key piece of the company’s long-term strategy and roadmap for new growth directions that capitalize on our Marketplace data to bring data and analytics solutions to our large and Enterprise clients. The role requires a mix of analytical horsepower, steadfast execution, and well-honed user judgment. You will be responsible for delivering best in class experiences to acquire new clients and convert existing customers to our Premier offering, driving both outstanding user experiences and Field Nation business goals. We are based in Minneapolis, MN and open to either working from the office or remote. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management.What you'll do:

- Lead product strategy for our Intelligence market offerings
- Define key initiatives for your product focus area that align with product strategy and company goals
- Perform market research, develop business cases and prioritize product initiatives that focus on maximum value and strategy alignment through discovery and market validation
- Ensure product requirements, stories and/or epics clearly communicate customer and stakeholder needs
- Work as a part of a highly cross-functional team to oversee the planning, design, development and launch throughout the full product life cycle to achieve business objectives
- Identify and define key value propositions and quantify their benefits and value to the business, customers, and prospects
- Work closely with product marketing on positioning, messaging, product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization’s direction through your product leadership
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Exceptional Business Analytics skills, including ability to access , analyze, interpret data coming from a rich variety of formats, and arrive at strategic outcomes and directions
- Experience with Machine Learning models is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing data / analytics products with heavy interactive visualizations
- Passion for product management with 3+ years of experience delivering successful and innovative software products
- Experience with B2B software go-to-market launch process
- Strong communication and business acumen skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive product initiatives cross functionally
- Deep dedication to learning through customer interaction and desire to exceed customer expectations
- Bachelors in Business, Computer Science, or related degree; Advanced degree in Analytics / Machine Learning preferred but not required
