Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Identify the Stakeholders as per company priorities and understand company's current and future priorities and objectives· Identify and conduct the necessary ground work on Regulatory and Business environment to meet company’s objectives and goals· Actively build relation with external stakeholders, ensure right knowledge about the stakeholders’ agenda and organize meet and greet on regular basis with key stakeholders fostering stronger bilateral ties· Analyze the critical situation based on intelligence or situation by suggesting strategic plan or solution to the internal management for approval in order to mitigate the challenges· Implement the execution plan by avoiding conflict, involve relevant government agencies or authorities to mitigate the challenges and acquire permissions from different authorities to facilitate business continuity· Create scope of new business based on access and relation with different government organization and government stakeholders and bridge government and Banglalink by creating strategic opportunities that may formalize into business opportunities beyond traditional scope of business· Proactively track developments with the relevant Stakeholders having impact on Banglalink, report and follow up the developments and alien the line manager/ BL management and implement company action plan based on the intelligence report
Required Academic Qualifications· MBA from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience· Minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant experience
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Advance knowledge of regulatory policies and guideline· Advance knowledge of governments policies, 5-year development plan and revenue planning· Advance understanding of socio-economic changes· Advance understanding to forecast environmental knowledge · Advance knowledge on global best practices, technology evolution and ITU amp; GSMA studies, advocacy and developments· Advance knowledge of the complete value chain of telecom businessIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before May 31, 2021.
