Job Description

Job Responsibility: · Proactively monitor and analyze on several aspects of CORE/IT Network Elements and identify technical issues in node level or site level· Detailed analysis on identified issues and provide solutions and guidelines of the issues; track and follow up the issues until solved and pre-post analysis of the impact of the actions taken· Design the appropriate KPI based reporting to several target groups about the Voice, Data amp; VAS Service Performance to track the changes of the network quality resulting from day to day operational activities· Conduct Network Health Check reporting amp; Trend Analysis as part of continuous network monitoring to ensure service quality; Validate the rectification work through analyzing the KPI data and provide feedback· Govern/Analyze/troubleshoot the issues communicated from Customer complaints/issues, BM amp; Reporting, Sales amp; Marketing input the through dedicated tool or any forum or individual· Supports several technical teams by providing ways in performance improvement plans through detailed analysis of signaling traces for network issues· Play the pivotal role to identify the performance deviation in parameter level/ network entity level/with other MNOs/from standard value using Performance KPI and Interface Data, rectify and validate the rectification work through analyzing the KPI data and provide feedback
Required Academic Qualifications·BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from any UGC approved UniversityRequired Experience· 4-6 years of experience including 3-4 years’ relevant experience to Telecom Industry
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Expert knowledge in Mobile network: CS/PS Core amp; Charging system network Architecture amp; Signaling system· Sound knowledge on Core amp; Charging system KPI performance management· Good analytical skills for network problem identification amp; troubleshooting.· Good in stakeholder management amp; interpersonal communication · Basic knowledge of Process documentation, Governance amp; Project management· Basic knowledge on Database/SQL queries amp; MS Office toolsIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before May 25, 2021.
