Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Acquire, store and update all critical customer data in an organized manner, supervise and monitor data backup, server storage and set priority for data upload and offload· Prepare various reports and monitor market wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity amp; behavior · Validate and supervise preparation of reports and analysis which has been generated by the team before publishing on a regular basis and introduce new analysis modality· Supervise and monitor SMS amp; VRS broadcast on time including ADM (Automated Device Management) as per schedule · Supervise BTL broadcast scheduling and distribute the work load among the team and guide the team on base segmentation for a particular broadcast· Analyze, monitor and prepare reports for all illegal/suspected activities of customers· Prepare/develop the action plan amp; execute accordingly to eliminate illegal/suspected customers in effective and efficient manner
Required Academic Qualifications·B.Sc in CSc / CSE or BBA in MIS or any other relevant discipline from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience·3-4 years of experience including 2 years in a relevant field
Required Knowledge amp; Skills·Strong knowledge in Oracle/ SQL server · Strong knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint · Strong knowledge in Reporting amp; Analysis· Basic Knowledge on industry insight and dynamism
