Job Description

Job Responsibility: · Work closely with the digital marketing team to monitor key digital campaigns and track all campaigns and provide reports to business leaders with results, anomalies and trends· Lead the yearly/quarterly ‘Digital Strategy’ exercise and engage the whole team to come up with a common goal· Be updated on latest trends in local and global markets and work on the existing or create new frameworks to evaluate business ideas and potential· Create reports and dashboards that help the marketing organization understand and measure progress on key performance metrics and provide a foundation for data-driven planning amp; campaign execution· Co-own all installation, awareness, lead Reporting/Delivery digital campaigns and evaluate the productivity and profitability of marketing campaigns and assess improvement opportunities· Develop a continuous framework of media channel optimization (Google, Facebook, Eskimi, Adplay, etc.) and ensuring assets are being accurately tracked for clicks and downloads· Serve as strategic advisor to stakeholders regarding best practices to optimize performance metrics· Use various methodologies, such as A/B testing, to drive efficiencies and improve engagement and conversion metrics· Partner with Corporate Digital Analytics team to conduct regular benchmarking and competitive analysis
Required Academic Qualifications·Bachelor's Degree in business administration, mathematics, or statistics from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience· Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience · Knowledge of market research methods would be ideal
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Highly organized with attention to detail ability to prioritize.· Ability to troubleshoot and work well under pressure.· Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing and customer data across multiple platforms· Ability to think strategically and work hands-on with data is a must· Strong business acumen and problem solving skills· Strong enthusiasm for analytics and its ability to make a difference within organizations· Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization· Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills· Familiarity with marketing principals and strategy, and digital marketing and media channels including Search, Display, Mobile, Video and Social· Understanding of web and mobile platforms and trends including usage and behavior analysis, monitoring/analysis tools. · Familiarity with other platforms and tools including Social and Community platforms, Analytics tools and engines expertise a plus· Experience in developing and presenting market research and analytics insights·<
