Why is this role important to Field Nation?This role is important to Field Nation as it acts as a liaison between the client and supply team for the recruitment related program offerings for Field Nation. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketplace Operations amp; Provider Experience. This position offers the opportunity to be in a fast-paced, high growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN. - Program amp; process management of Field Nation's recruitment offerings
- Successfully manage the creation, implementation and execution of each Managed Recruitment and/or Managed Talent Pool effort in partnership with the Recruitment team
- Assist with external recruitment, supply readiness, skill development and attribution
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of each recruiting effort
- Act as an intermediary between several internal departments including Supply (Recruitment), Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success, as well as between Field Nation and Clients
- Trains internal team members on new offerings and supporting proactive recruitment efforts
- Acts as internal point of contact for recruitment related inquiries
- Measure, analyze and report key trends in recruitment and program performance
- Correspond and communicate with internal departments to ensure open issues are resolved
- Serve as an escalated point of contact on recruitment and managed talent pool offering issues
- Recruiting or talent sourcing experience
- Staffing or contingent workforce experience is a plus
- A finisher/completer with high level of personal ownership of team performance
- Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus of high quality and business profit
- Able to work well with colleagues within different areas of expertise
- Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
- 5+ years in recruiting, marketing, relationship management, sales consultant or related experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a consultative style
- Strong listening skills
- Project or program management experience
- Ability to clearly present material and recommendations at an executive level
- A highly motivated team player with a proactive approach to work
- Strategic appreciation of the role, the company and the market
