About the Role:
The applicant will be responsible for imparting English Language training to the trainees enrolled in the AST-1 program. This includes the conduction of remote live training sessions, remote assessments, and allied. The most important job responsibility will be to grade the submissions of the trainees and provide them with detailed and elaborate written as well as verbal feedback to each and every trainee. Furthermore, the applicant will be required to prepare assessment papers and other assessment tools and materials to further enhance the training program.

  • Imparting core English grammar and subjective English development training to the AST-1 trainees.
  • Provide extensive written and 1:1 verbal feedback to the trainees on their areas of improvement.
  • Preparing Performance Report of the trainees (Trainee progress report) as per the given evaluation criteria. Regular update of the Report module along with necessary modification is expected from the trainer.
  • Pass the grading calibrating periodic assessment tools to evaluate trainees' English language performance ratio assessment (both internal and external) and acquire the desired credibility required to grade the screening assessments.
  • Creating and Evaluating all test papers for the respective cohorts within a given time frame.
  • Creating and Evaluating Screening Assessment tests and evaluating candidates for the position of Medical Scribes.
  • Maintaining Medical Scribe Trainee 360 Performance Appraisal.
  • Creating and Reporting performance data of Medical Scribe Trainees to stakeholders.
  • Conduct soft skills development courses and workshops for the AST-1 trainees.
  • Devising strategies for training process enhancement and present them to the stakeholders.
  • Conducting workshops on specific communication modules and soft skills development.
  • Indulge in activities and programs assigned for the best interest of the company outside the basic job responsibilities.
